Potomac Hospital Foundation will host the 2007 Healthcare Exhibit on Tuesday, May 15, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Hylton Education Center. This state-of-the-art facility on the Garden Level of Potomac Hospital will accommodate up to 30 exhibit tables. Please reserve yours today!
This is a great opportunity for healthcare representatives to educate our hospital’s professional staff about their products. Physicians, clinicians, pharmacists and local medical office staff members will be attending this event. Last year, there were more than 200 attendees, 44 of whom were physicians. Refreshments will be available all day and lunch will be served.
A contribution to the Potomac Hospital Foundation of $500 per display table/representative and an additional $250 if you’d like a partner to join you at your table guarantees your spot at the exhibit. We will be happy to accept a verbal commitment; however, priority will be given to contributions received first.
Please be aware that some pharmaceutical companies require up to three months for a grant request to be approved. Different companies may have other procedures for obtaining grants for an exhibit. Please seek advice from your company for proper procedure.
