12:15 p.m. - CPR for Burnout: After this presentation, participants will be able to recognize signs of burnout; understand the differences between burnout and stress; take a self-diagnostic questionnaire on their current potential for burnout; and will learn the ABCs of CPR for burnout and self-care techniques.
2:30 p.m. - Eating Right for You! Through the use of a questionnaire, participants will have the opportunity to determine their body types in an effort to help work toward achieving mind-body harmony through food.
