 At what age did you decide to pursue a medical career and why?
A.

Around the age of 20. I planned to study Astronomy, but after taking some zoology and physiology courses at college, I changed my mind.

 What are your particular interests within your specialty?
A.
 I like dealing with sports injuries, but really enjoy the entire field of Internal Medicine.

 What are your interests outside of work?
A.
 I enjoy spending time with my wife and two daughters.  When I do find time, I enjoy playing soccer and tennis.

 What’s the best part about being a physician?
A.

I take pleasure in the long-term relationships I am able to build with my patients.
