Quest Labs must be used for all outpatient diagnostic labs with the exception of those labs needed for pre-operative testing in connection with a surgical procedure performed at Potomac Hospital within 3 days.

Authorization or referral for any service may be required. This authorization must be in place prior
to the procedure.
