Medicaid

Potomac Hospital participates with the following Medicaid plans. Some restrictions apply as noted below.

• Medicaid - authorization is required for CT scans and MRIs
• Medicaid AmeriGroup - authorization is required for CT scans, MRI/MRAs, nuclear cardiology and sleep studies. Lab services must be performed at Labcorp/Quest.
• Medicaid Anthem Healthkeepers Plus/FAMIS - authorization is required for CT scans, MRI/MRAs, and nuclear cardiology. Lab services must be performed at Labcorp/Quest.
