The Outpatient Diabetes Self-Management Program at Potomac Hospital is recognized by the American Association of Diabetes Educators for quality patient education. Education is the cornerstone of our program. Self-management skills are essential survival skills that can help you avoid, or delay, the complications of disease. Because staying healthy can be challenging, we offer a number of ways to make it a little easier.
