Surgical Services

Our surgical suites provide facilities for both emergency and elective procedures including microsurgery, laser surgery, neurosurgery, total joint replacements, and reconstructive and laparoscopic surgery.

Potomac Hospital's surgical staff uses three different facilities depending on the patient's need and the type of surgery being performed. One surgical suite is located within Potomac Hospital. A second surgical suite for endoscopy, gastroenterology, and other minor outpatient procedures is located in The Potomac Center, a medical office building adjacent to Potomac Hospital. The third facility, Century Surgical Services, opened in February 2002.
