Welcome to the Potomac Hospital team. Employee Health Services is here to assist you before your first day on the job begins and thereafter.
As an important step in joining our team, please schedule an appointment to meet with the Employee Health Nurse. To make your appointment, please call (703) 670-1338.
To assist us before your visit, please complete pages 1-3 of the Employee Health Record.
At Employee Health Services, you will:
- Complete a pre-employment health screen where your medical history questionnaire will be reviewed. Please review your immunizations history (bring records, if available) and past medical history.
- Be fit-tested to wear personal protective equipment if necessary.
- Receive a TB test (a chest x-ray will be performed if TB test has been positive in the past).
Human Resources will be notified when all criteria of your pre-employment health screen have been met and they will notify your Department Director. We look forward to seeing you soon.
