What do you like most about being part of the Potomac Hospital team? |
A. |
Working with my fellow colleagues and registering and helping patients. That's the most important part of this job because my coworkers and the patients are like family and I want to treat everyone with respect and kindness and to lend a helping hand whenever I can. |

What motivates you each day to provide exceptional customer service? |
A. |
I thank God just to see another day and I love my job so it makes it easy to come to work every day. I am motivated to help others and I love speaking and meeting people so it's not hard to provide great customer service. I'm just working on continuing the mission of the We are P.O.T.O.M.A.C. model and standing behind that. |

What do you like to do when you are not at work? |
A. |
I’m an active member of Neabsco Baptist Church and fellowship with my church members and other friends and family of other churches. We also reach out to the community as well. I also like to spend time with my family when I can. My focus 24/7 is on Christ always and I thank God for all that He continues to bless me as well as others. |

Who is an inspiration to you and why? |
A. |
God, His Son and the Holy Spirit. I didn't name a particular person because there are people that do inspire me but one that embodies all of these three elements within them is who I look up to. |
